The Athletic Club
We provide a regenerative system of training, housed within an elegant one-of-a-kind facility. Our mission is for our members to develop themselves to become a more balanced and resilient human through physical training, capacity enhancement, restoration and play. Our club believes in harnessing the power of a range of training disciplines; from strength, endurance, power, aerobic capacity, mobility, rehabilitation, Pilates, yoga, and meditation. We take the best of these training methods, creating an environment where your individual physical capacities are enhanced to optimise your body for the life you want to lead. It is your sanctuary that allows you to get the best, to become your best.
We offer simple memberships that include options for the minimal, optimal and maximal training doses. Meaning our memberships are designed to work for you and offer the best value. Our members booking app makes organising your classes each week simple and easy. We measure your current state, map your plan and goals, all whilst keeping you on the path to achieve your potential throughout every training phase.
With no lock-in contracts and the best of all, the ability to suspend your membership when you aren’t using it. Life is already full of negative stress, we do not allow our club to be part of your weekly negative stresses. As we say at the club, we want our members to “Choose your own adventure”.
At The Athletic Club you will work alongside your coach to prime your body, develop your strength, enhance your work capacity and restore your systems to get the best from your physical being.
